A short tribute to one of my favourite beers and the best (in my humble opinion) weizen beer: Schneider Weisse. Just look at the picture, taken in a great moment, on a sunny afternoon in a small beer garden in Salzburg:

Schneider Weisse is a German brew from Bavaria. It brews two kinds of wheat beer: light (hefe) and dark. Both are great beers and among the best beers of its kind. Give them a try if you can.
