A Souvenir from Pelforth

This week while I enjoyed a Pelforth Brunne, I remembered the first time I have had such beer: it was on one cafe in Paris. Pelforth Brunne was a good alternative choice from the standard Alsatian lagers that are served in Paris. From that time on I usually go for Pelforth despite of the many Belgian speciality beers that are offered nowadays in the city. Belgian beer can be tried in many other places while this dark alsatian beer is only esily available in France.

Pelforth Brunne (Alsatian Beer)

Pelforth is an Alsatian Brewery. It makes several different kind of beers from blonde to ales. It seems that its signature brew is Pelforth Brunne, which is widely available in in bottle (Although only in France). The beer is dark, with a strong taste, with some sweet aftertaste.
