Panoramas from the Alps

07-07-2005

Since I got my first digital camera, I liked the idea to make consecutive shots to then paste all the images together as a panorama picture. Since I discovered, Autostitch, I am definitely adicted, because it is very easy to use, and the results are impressive.

Here I include some pictures from my last trip to the German/Austrian Alps, in the region of Salzburg.

KönigSee in the Bavarian Alps (panorama from autostich).
A picture of the lake KönigSee and the mountains surrounding it in the German Alps, just very close to the border with Austria.

Hoher Göll in the Austrian Alps (panorama from autostich).
The Hoher Göll and some other mountains in the German-Austrian border, took from the Torrenter Hof valley.

Hagen Mountains in the Austrian Alps (panorama from autostich).
A picture of the Hagengeb, from the town of Gölling (Austria). The Hoher Göll is in the back hiden by the clouds.

Panorama of Salzburg (Austria) (panorama from autostich).
A view of the city of Salzburg (Austria) took from the Kapuzinen hill. The Castle, all the old town can be see here, and the Hönchsberg can be seen in the picture.

The Alps seen from Saltzburg (Austria) (panorama from autostich).
The Alps mountains in the distance, as seen from Saltzburg.
