About one year ago I wrote on my favourite black beers. One year later I had the chance to drink again Krusovice, while visiting Prague.
A pretty confusing discovery while at Prague was that beer over there, in the bars usually came with a '10º' and '12º' sign after the name. I did not believed that numbers referred to the alcohol percentage over there (beer was far under 10% alcohol). But I just found out that those numbers refer to the sugar percentage on the drinks: therefore a 10º beer is usually a light, bitter pilsen kind of beer, while 12º was a dark, slightly stronger but also sweeter dark beer.
